中醫經常哦哦哦「叫你煲清補涼,點解唔煲呀?!健脾呀!」。好了,怕了她!
(三人份量)
材料:
瘦肉四両(約148g)
有機淮山一両(約37g)
芡實六錢五分(約24g)
蓮子六錢(約22g)
百合六錢(約22g)
有機龍眼肉五錢(約18g)
做法:
1. 將所有材料洗淨,瘦肉出水備用。
2. 加入清水八碗,水滾後將所有材料放入,收細火煲三個小時成三碗即成。
