麵包機:Zojirushi象印牌BB-HAC10
材料:
水 — 7/8杯
高筋麵粉 — 2又1/4杯
中筋麵粉 — 1/3杯
蔗糖 — 1/2湯匙
鹽 — 1茶匙
乾酵母 — 1茶匙
麵包機程式:French Bread course
製成品:出爐時外脆內軟,但放久了外皮很韌。
